IDAHO STATE HOT ROD HALL OF FAME AT A GLANCE
About us
The Idaho Hot Rod Hall of Fame was created by Brady Wright in 2021. The goal was to build an organization that would use its non-profit status to encourage donations and activity in the hot rod community and drive more and younger people into the hobby.
It is our goal to recognize those who produce great car shows, cruises, build-offs and other car-related events, as well as individuals who are positive, family-oriented examples to all in the hot rod community.

There has always been a debate about the nature of what a hot rod is or a rat rod or any other type of custom. For the purposes of the Hall of Fame and all of our events, here is our over riding definition:

A hot rod is any vehicle that has been modified to be lighter, go faster, look different, with the intention of better performance. There are many styles of hot rod, i.e. gasser, lowrider, rat rod, street rod, kustom, and so on. Each style has its own look and fans, but they are ALL hot rods!

Individuality has no limits. Preference is flexible. There is no "wrong" to making your car your own.
